HOW TO BECOME AN ELIGIBLE TEAM
As per the Official Team Manual, a team gains eligibility to the Vegas Cup by winning a Division Title through Playoffs or by finishing Playoffs immediately behind a team that is already qualified.
HOW TO REMAIN ELIGIBLE
The eligible team must maintain 4 original members.
Each member must have 10 total matches played by the end of the Spring Session.
Each member must have 6* matches played during the Spring Session.
The eligible team must place in the top 50% of their division in subsequent sessions after qualifying. Teams that do not finish in the top half of their division in the session(s) following qualification are subject to heavy scrutiny of their handicaps and/or loss of eligibility.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
The SPRING roster is your Vegas Cup Tournament roster.
Once the 4th week of the Spring Session has passed, the rosters of all eligible teams are frozen. No one may be dropped or added.
If adding a player to a qualified team prior to the 4th week of the Spring Session, that player must have a skill level based on at least 20 scores. If the player has fewer than 20 scores, that player must be approved by the League Office prior to being added to the roster.
All players advancing to Las Vegas through Open 8-Ball, Open 9-Ball or Scotch Doubles will receive
per person to be used towards Travel Assistance to attend the 2017 World Championships!
